SimplyHR Solutions was founded by Duina A. Llanes, MS, PHR, to address the needs of new and existing companies. Duina has 17+ years of experience in Human Resources and has held various management roles within pharmaceuticals, technology, and professional services organizations. Most recently, Duina served as a Human Resources Executive for a Healthcare Communications Organization where she was responsible for overseeing all HR Operations in New Jersey, Illinois, Georgia, and California. She holds a Master's Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is also an active member of various professional organizations including, the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA).
